Terms of service

Smart Assist · Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms apply to your use of Smart Assist, operated by [Your name or company]. By signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Smart Assist.

The service

Smart Assist shows emails from Gmail accounts you connect, writes AI summaries when you ask, and helps you manage Google Calendar events. It is not an email client. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

AI output

Summaries, to-dos, meeting requests, and sorting are generated by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check the original email in Gmail before relying on them. AI never sends, deletes, or schedules anything on its own.

Google services

Your use of Gmail and Google Calendar remains subject to Google's own terms. You can remove Smart Assist's access to your Google account at any time.

No warranty and limits of liability

Smart Assist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, [Your name or company] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, emails, or meetings resulting from use of the service.
